Our sushi sets feature the treasured bluefin tuna, along with other ingredients such as rare vinegars used in known Michelin rated sushi restaurants. Paired with chefs choice toppings, each piece of fish is prepped using different techniques such as: dry aging, smoking, curing, pickling, marinating, etc.
